The pirate model is Sara Barrett. The bound maiden is Kelly. The lineart was on 11x14 Strathmore paper, using micron pens. I completed the colors in Adobe Photoshop 7 using paints as well as a boatload of textures I came across and overlaid faintly. One was from FantasyStock I Mostly used a Wacom Tablet for the actual coloring. Total time from ink to color, 25-30 hours.
Overall, I'm happy its done so I can work on other things, but I think it turned out and I had fun doing it. Next time I may use less textures, I don't know...
