Lise Novel Illustration01

Secret Art... ooooh. Well, nobody is SUPPOSSED to see this yet, but as I do have it as an image available on T-shirts, panties, and so on in the SHOP/WEB section of the Hero-Lore website ([link]), I didn't see the point of keeping it hidden EVERYWHERE else... The character is LISE, the romantic love interest of our Hero in the aforementioned series that I'm working on. Hero-Lore has been a comic book, an idea for a cartoon strip series, and now is a novel (second novel in-progress) that is seeking representation. During all of the incarnations of this Sci-fi/Fantasy series over the years, Lise has always been a constant character of strength and beauty... and boy do I love brunettes with looong hair. This illustration is one of more than 20 I'm almost finished with that should, hopefully, accompany the chapters in printed form. She's one of my favorite characters, both to write and to draw... more soon. Pen and ink, on paper, 2003.
