When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Another project in the works for some long time, finally given full attenion in the last few weeks and completed at last tonight. This is another entry in my 'Lost Places' series. I love old diners, and I love passionate couples' scenes. The room the couple, modelled by my gf Jodey and I, are standing in is Jodey's, for the most part - she owns that TV, that phone, that clock, etc. Her tastes in such things are part of the reason I'm so attracted to her (though hardly the only reasons). Its nice to have ready made models and props, all in one place. The view from her window isn't THIS cool, but artistic license is a wonderful thing
 Micron pens on Strathmore 400 paper, cropped from 9x12 to roughly 8&1/2x11. I assume around 20 hours, not counting getting the layout right, an dthe photo session for the references. More Jodey: [link] [link] [link] Comments
